Meet Your Nutritionist

Dr. Katie Schofield
Registered Nutritionist
Katie is a former international elite track cyclist and a registered nutritionist with a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Socio-Psychology.
Her academic research focuses on Low Energy Availability (LEA) and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S).
Katie combines lived experience with deep scientific expertise to support athletes of all levels—bringing empathy, clarity, and actionable guidance to every session.
